I own 4 one-acre lots near Crossville, TN that are valued by the County at $16k each. (Really worth more like $5k to $10k each.) I will take $9,999. for ALL 4 is we close by June 30, 2015.
3 of my lots make up half of the street/culdesaq (End Place) and the other connected lot borders the main road, Cumberland Lakes Drive. These are considered 2 lots by the HOA.
I would like to sell my 4 lots ASAP or I would be willing to discuss a trade for a parcel of land that has the following characteristics… listed in order of importance:
1. Does not have any CCR's and allows gardening/farming
2. Has soil, plane & water suitable for farming
3. May be either wooded or not
4. Would prefer a year-round water source (even in drought conditions) (not city water)
5. Would prefer but not necessary to be near electric source & water source
